two views of the tower

Two views of Toronto's CN Tower, one from downtown looking past the Ontario College of Art and Design's odd stilt building and one from High Park. You may have to click through to the "all sizes" link to see it in the latter.

While I am enjoying city life, I do confess to missing the forest. A little tree time today was marvelous :)

  1. If you have a sunlight direction at your apartment, you might try bonsai of what is known as dawn redwood, a slight more coastal than some Canada pine forests’ majestic appearance, yet a tree which does well with intensive pruning in a nursery style. http://www.homedepot.com/Outdoors-Garden-Center-Plants-Bulbs/h_d1/N-5yc1vZ1xr5Zaql0/R-100651253/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053
