I am blessed
the biggest challenge
in my life Now
is to remain calm
about how Awesome
everything is becoming.

Because when we get "excited"
(even about the good things)
a corresponding "down"
will follow.

This doesn't mean
we never get excited
but
if we notice
this phenomenon
and cultivate calm
Grace happens.
